I suppose better late than never

I've been home for more than a week now (having returned home just in time for my one friend to leave for a completely different city and my other friend to be busy with her new job - and my other other friend to be busy with her regular job and the end of an apprenticeship).

And I've decided that I expended the effort to make notes on the trip home, I'm going to go ahead and write about it. Besides, I took pictures.
